Job Specific Review with Scoring

This performance review puts an end to the compliant, “the performance review does not review my real job.”  This innovative form contains the duties and tasks that demonstrate proficiency in a specific position.  Reviewers place a check mark (√) by each of the tasks the employee has mastered and a plus sign (+) by each of the tasks the employee has not yet mastered.  Both the quantity AND quality of the work, the willingness of the employee to do the work, and the overall results produced by the employee for work performed are considered. Actual job duties are placed in the template for each job.  Each section is weighted and scored 1-5, with a legend from Poor to Excellent.  The score is easily adapted to a merit matrix.
