Refund Policy

Once a Product is downloaded the Product is non-refundable.  In the event that the Product description misrepresents the Product a refund may be issued, if a desirable replacement product cannot be offered. Issuing refunds is at the discretion of HREnterprise.com.

When a refund is issued, the customer is responsible for deleting all files associated with the product for which a refund has been made, and the customer may not re-distribute the Product.

HREnterprise.com cannot offer a refund for any product that has been altered, damaged, or misused. The total liability for refund will be limited to original product only.

Once a product has been purchased and downloaded the customer has accepted the merchandise. HREnterprise.com will try to make the product available for future downloads if needed but we cannot guarantee the product will be available. We suggest that you archive your purchases after downloading them.
