Many small organizations do not have dedicated HR staff, the time or the flexibility to carry out HR activities as effectively as they would like to. Some companies have small HR departments suited to the day-to-day demands of HR administration, but lack the specialized staff required to address items such as HR policy design, advisory services, performance management or improving communication.

Our goal is to make it easy to manage your HR function. We have a nationally recognized HR expert, who designs the materials which can be used out of the box or customized further to suit any organization’s needs. Our expert has worked in every area of HR, trains HR professionals at a respected university and is available to help you when you “Ask the Expert” any and all of your HR questions. Nancye M. Combs, AEP•SPHR, is our site expert. She has more than 40 years of education, training and experience in Human Resources. Her knowledge base spans every aspect of human resources and organizational management. In addition to serving hundreds of clients every day, she is also a nationally known speaker on management topics. On the speaker’s platform, you will find her authoritative, interesting and entertaining. She has presented hundreds of programs with the single goal of helping each of them be better at what they do.
