THE ACHIEVER

Using the Achiever for pre-employment and promotion candidates provides a unique assessment of the individual compared to people who are successful in the job category selected.  The Achiever will also provide you with information to successfully train, motivate, manage and develop employees to reach peak performance and maximize your employee investment.  The Achiever measures the following six mental aptitudes and ten personality dimensions of your applicant:
