The Achiever
Using the Achiever for pre-employment and promotion candidates provides a unique assessment of the individual compared to people who are successful in the job category selected. The Achiever will also provide you with information to successfully train, motivate and manage an idividual to reach his/her peak potential and maximize your profits. The Achiever measures the following six mental aptitudes and ten personality dimensions of your applicant:

  • Mental Acuity - problem solving capacity - quickness to learn new information
  • Business Terms - knowledge of business vocabulary
  • Memory Recall - ability to recollect from a variety of information
  • Vocabulary - command of general vocabulary
  • Perception - ability to handle symbols quickly and accurately - eye for detail
  • Mechanical Interest - knowledge of and interest in mechanical devices
  • Energy - personal energy level
  • Flexibility - adaptability to changing circumstances
  • Organization - orientation towards planning and organization of work; work habits
  • Communication - desire to interact with other
  • Emotional Development - emotional tolerance and patience with people and events
  • Assertiveness - degree of dominance asserted; need to control
  • Competitiveness - preference to compete on an individual basis or to be a teamplayer
  • Mental Toughness - degree of physical and mental toughness - stamina
  • Questioning/Probing - degree of shrewdness or naivete'
  • Work Motivation - attitudes towards recognition and incentives; need for job security

The Guardian
The Guardian is frequently used for semi-skilled and technical postions, particulary those where the candidate will be placed in a position of trust or self-supervision. It provides an assessment of the learning level, ability and desire to work with other, and a risk index based on the history of honest and dishonest behavior in previous employment. The ideal pre-employment assessment tool to use for those entrusted with money, patient care, children, or those being considered for other occupations where concern for "reasonable" is absolutely essential.

The Scoreboard
The Scoreboard is frequently used for unskilled and semi-skilled positions where customer service and integrity are critical. A report of the personal work style and dishonesty is included in the Scoreboard report.

The Performer
The Performer is a one page report used to provide a quick read of the potential for a job applicant to be a teamplayer. Inexpensive enough to be used as a pre-screening tool.
